Incentives

"Incentives" represent additional payments or rewards provided to employees as part of their compensation, often based on performance.



Additional Salary

"Additional Salary" may refer to extra payments made to employees beyond their regular salary, such as bonuses or overtime pay.

 

Recording Additional Salary Payments:

  1. Access ASAERP: Log in to your ASAERP account with the necessary permissions to record additional salary payments.

  2. Go to the Human Resources (HR) Module:

    • In the left sidebar, click on the "HR" module.

  3. Click on "Additional Salary":

    • In the HR module, you can find the "Additional Salary" option.

  4. Record Additional Salary Payment:

    • Click the "+ New" button to record a new additional salary payment.

  5. Enter Payment Details:

    • In the additional salary form, select the employee, specify the payment components, and enter the amount.

  6. Save the Additional Salary Payment:

    • After entering the required information, click the "Save" button to record the additional salary payment.



Employee Incentive:

"Employee Incentive" likely refers to the allocation of incentives to individual employees.

 Managing Employee Incentives

  1. Access ASAERP: Log in to your ASAERP account with the necessary permissions to manage employee incentives.

  2. Go to the Human Resources (HR) Module:

    • In the left sidebar, click on the "HR" module.

  3. Click on "Employee Incentive":

    • In the HR module, you can find the "Employee Incentive" option.

  4. View and Manage Incentives:

    • You can view and manage incentives given to employees in this section.



Retention Bonus

A "Retention Bonus" is a financial incentive provided to employees to encourage them to stay with the organization for a specified period.

 Recording Retention Bonuses

  1. Access ASAERP: Log in to your ASAERP account with the necessary permissions to record retention bonuses.

  2. Go to the Human Resources (HR) Module:

    • In the left sidebar, click on the "HR" module.

  3. Click on "Retention Bonus":

    • In the HR module, you can find the "Retention Bonus" option.

  4. Record a Retention Bonus Entry:

    • Click the "+ New" button to record a new retention bonus entry.

  5. Enter Bonus Details:

    • In the bonus entry form, select the employee, specify the bonus amount, and add relevant details.

  6. Save the Retention Bonus Entry:

    • After entering the required information, click the "Save" button to record the retention bonus entry.
