Onboarding

"Onboarding" in ASAERP refers to the process of integrating a new employee into the organization. It includes tasks such as orientation, training, document submission, and other activities to help the new employee become productive and comfortable in their new role.


Managing Employee Onboarding:

  1. Access ASAERP: Log in to your ASAERP account with the necessary permissions to manage employee onboarding.

  2. Go to the Human Resources (HR) Module:

    • In the left sidebar, click on the "HR" module.

  3. Click on "Onboarding":

    • In the HR module, you can find the "Onboarding" option to manage the onboarding process for new employees.


Employee Onboarding Template:

An "Employee Onboarding Template" is a pre-defined checklist or plan used to ensure that each new employee goes through a standardized onboarding process. It outlines the tasks and activities that need to be completed during onboarding.

Creating an Employee Onboarding Template:

  1. Access ASAERP: Log in to your ASAERP account with the necessary permissions to create onboarding templates.

  2. Go to the Human Resources (HR) Module:

    • In the left sidebar, click on the "HR" module.

  3. Click on "Employee Onboarding Template":

    • In the HR module, you can find the "Employee Onboarding Template" option.

  4. Create a New Onboarding Template:

    • Click the "+ New" button to create a new employee onboarding template.

  5. Define Template Details:

    • In the template form, enter the content of the onboarding process, including tasks, checklists, and instructions.

  6. Save the Template:

    • After defining the template content, click the "Save" button to create the employee onboarding template.



Employee Onboarding:

Initiating Employee Onboarding:

  1. Access ASAERP: Log in to your ASAERP account with the necessary permissions to initiate employee onboarding.

  2. Go to the Human Resources (HR) Module:

    • In the left sidebar, click on the "HR" module.

  3. Click on "Employee Onboarding":

    • In the HR module, you can find the "Employee Onboarding" option.

  4. Initiate Onboarding for an Employee:

    • Select the employee who is starting the onboarding process.

    • Follow the onboarding tasks and checklists defined in the onboarding template.



Employee Skill Map:

An "Employee Skill Map" is a tool or feature in ASAERP used to track and document the skills, qualifications, and competencies of each employee within the organization. It helps in talent management and resource allocation.

Accessing Employee Skill Map:

  1. Access ASAERP: Log in to your ASAERP account with the necessary permissions to access the employee skill map.

  2. Go to the Human Resources (HR) Module:

    • In the left sidebar, click on the "HR" module.

  3. Click on "Employee Skill Map":

    • In the HR module, you can find the "Employee Skill Map" option to view and manage employee skills and competencies.
