Salary Structure Assignment:

    • In the Payroll module, you can find the "Salary Structure Assignment" option.

  4. Create a New Structure Assignment:

    • Click the "+ New" button to create a new salary structure assignment.

  5. Assign Structure to Employee:

    • In the assignment form, select the employee and assign the appropriate salary structure.

  6. Save the Structure Assignment:

    • After assigning the structure, click the "Save" button to assign the salary structure to the employee.

Salary Slip:

Generating Salary Slips:

  3. Click on "Salary Slip":

    • In the Payroll module, you can find the "Salary Slip" option.

  4. Create a New Salary Slip:

    • Click the "+ New" button to create a new salary slip for an employee.

  5. Generate the Salary Slip:

    • In the salary slip form, select the employee and the payroll period, then click the "Generate" button to create the salary slip.

Payroll Entry:

"Payroll Entry" involves the processing of payroll for a specific period, including calculations of salary, taxes, and deductions.

 

Recording Payroll Entries:

  1. Access ASAERP: Log in to your ASAERP account with the necessary permissions to record payroll entries.

  2. Go to the Payroll Module:

    • In the left sidebar, click on the "Payroll" module.

  3. Click on "Payroll Entry":

    • In the Payroll module, you can find the "Payroll Entry" option.

  4. Create a New Payroll Entry:

    • Click the "+ New" button to create a new payroll entry.

  5. Enter Payroll Details:

    • In the payroll entry form, specify the payroll period, employees, salary components, and payment details.

  6. Save the Payroll Entry:
