Appraisal Template:

Creating an Appraisal Template:
Access ASAERP: Log in to your ASAERP account with the necessary permissions to create appraisal templates.
Go to the Human Resources (HR) Module:
In the left sidebar, click on the "HR" module.
Click on "Appraisal Template":
In the HR module, you can find the "Appraisal Template" option.
Create a New Appraisal Template:
Click the "+ New" button to create a new appraisal template.
Define Template Details:
In the template form, enter the content of the appraisal process, including criteria, ratings, and instructions.
Save the Template:
After defining the template content, click the "Save" button to create the appraisal template.
KRA (Key Result Area):
"KRA" stands for Key Result Area. It refers to specific areas or objectives that an employee is responsible for achieving as part of their job role. KRAs are used to measure an employee's performance.
Creating KRAs for Appraisals:
Access ASAERP: Log in to your ASAERP account with the necessary permissions to create KRAs for appraisals.
Go to the Human Resources (HR) Module:
In the left sidebar, click on the "HR" module.
Click on "KRA":
In the HR module, you can find the "KRA" option.
Create a New KRA:
Click the "+ New" button to create a new KRA.
Fill the form
Save and Submit.
