Appointment
An "Appointment" in ASAERP typically refers to the formal act of hiring an individual for a specific job position within an organization. It marks the beginning of the employee's tenure with the company.
Creating an Appointment
Access ASAERP: Log in to your ASAERP account with the necessary permissions to create appointments.
Go to the Human Resources (HR) Module:
In the left sidebar, click on the "HR" module.
Click on "Appointment":
In the HR module, you can find the "Appointment" option.
Create a New Appointment:
Click the "+ New" button to create a new appointment.
Define Appointment Details:
In the "Appointment" form, enter the following details:
Employee: Select the employee receiving the appointment.
Position: Specify the job position for the appointment.
Appointment Date: Indicate the date of the appointment.
Appointment Letter: Attach the appointment letter, if applicable.
Save the Appointment:
After entering the required information, click the "Save" button to create the appointment.
Appointment Letter Template
An "Appointment Letter Template" is a pre-defined document format that organizations use to create formal appointment letters for new employees. These templates include standard terms and conditions of employment.
Creating an Appointment Letter Template:
Access ASAERP: Log in to your ASAERP account with the necessary permissions to create appointment letter templates.
Go to the Human Resources (HR) Module:
In the left sidebar, click on the "HR" module.
Click on "Appointment Letter Template":
In the HR module, you can find the "Appointment Letter Template" option.
Create a New Appointment Letter Template:
Click the "+ New" button to create a new appointment letter template.
Define Template Details:
In the template form, enter the content of the appointment letter, including placeholders for employee-specific details.
Save the Template:
After defining the template content, click the "Save" button to create the appointment letter template.
Appointment Letter
An "Appointment Letter" is an official document issued by an organization to a newly hired employee, confirming their appointment to a specific job position. It includes details such as job title, start date, compensation, and terms of employment.
Generating an Appointment Letter:
Access ASAERP: Log in to your ASAERP account with the necessary permissions to generate appointment letters.
Go to the Human Resources (HR) Module:
In the left sidebar, click on the "HR" module.
Click on "Appointment Letter":
In the HR module, you can find the "Appointment Letter" option.
Generate an Appointment Letter:
Select the employee and the appointment letter template.
Click the "Generate" button to create the appointment letter based on the selected template.
