Journey
"Journey" in ASAERP often refers to the various stages and milestones in the employee lifecycle, from recruitment and onboarding to career progression and exit.
Managing Employee Journeys:
Access ASAERP: Log in to your ASAERP account with the necessary permissions to manage employee journeys.
Go to the Human Resources (HR) Module:
In the left sidebar, click on the "HR" module.
Click on "Journey":
In the HR module, you can find the "Journey" option to manage and document employee journeys and milestones.
Employee Promotion
"Employee Promotion" represents the process of advancing an employee to a higher job position or rank within the organization due to their performance, experience, or qualifications.
Processing Employee Promotions:
Access ASAERP: Log in to your ASAERP account with the necessary permissions to process employee promotions.
Go to the Human Resources (HR) Module:
In the left sidebar, click on the "HR" module.
Click on "Employee Promotion":
In the HR module, you can find the "Employee Promotion" option to initiate and process employee promotions.
Employee Transfer
"Employee Transfer" refers to the movement of an employee from one department, location, or job position to another within the same organization.
Managing Employee Transfers:
Access ASAERP: Log in to your ASAERP account with the necessary permissions to manage employee transfers.
Go to the Human Resources (HR) Module:
In the left sidebar, click on the "HR" module.
Click on "Employee Transfer":
