Interviews
"Interviews" typically refer to the various stages of the candidate evaluation process during recruitment. In ASAERP, this module or feature allows organizations to manage and schedule interviews with job applicants. It may include interview scheduling, tracking, and communication with candidates.
Managing Interviews:
Access ASAERP: Log in to your ASAERP account with the necessary permissions to manage interviews.
Go to the Human Resources (HR) Module:
In the left sidebar, click on the "HR" module.
Click on "Interviews":
In the HR module, you can find the "Interviews" option.
View and Manage Interviews:
Here, you can view a list of scheduled interviews, interview details, and interview outcomes. You can also schedule new interviews from this section.
Interview Type
"Interview Type" in ASAERP is a categorization or classification of different types of interviews that an organization may conduct during the recruitment process. For example, interview types might include "Technical Interview," "Behavioral Interview," "Panel Interview," etc. Each interview type may have specific evaluation criteria and questions.
Creating Interview Types:
Access ASAERP: Log in to your ASAERP account with the necessary permissions to create interview types.
Go to the Human Resources (HR) Module:
In the left sidebar, click on the "HR" module.
Click on "Interview Type":
In the HR module, you can find the "Interview Type" option.
Create a New Interview Type:
Click the "+ New" button to create a new interview type.
Define Interview Type Details:
In the "Interview Type" form, enter the name and description of the interview type (e.g., "Technical Interview," "Behavioral Interview").
Save the Interview Type:
After entering the required information, click the "Save" button to create the interview type.
Interview Round
An "Interview Round" represents a specific stage or phase within the interview process. Organizations often conduct multiple rounds of interviews to assess candidates thoroughly. Common interview rounds may include "Initial Screening," "Technical Interview," "HR Interview," and so on.

In the left sidebar, click on the "HR" module.
Click on "Interview Round":
In the HR module, you can find the "Interview Round" option.
Create a New Interview Round:
Click the "+ New" button to create a new interview round.
Define Interview Round Details:
In the "Interview Round" form, enter the name and description of the interview round (e.g., "Technical Round 1," "Managerial Round").
Save the Interview Round:
After entering the required information, click the "Save" button to create the interview round.
Interview
An "Interview" in ASAERP represents a scheduled meeting or interaction between interviewers (usually members of the organization's hiring team) and job applicants. It includes details such as the date, time, location, and participants involved in the interview. Interview records are used to track the progress of candidates through the interview process.

Go to the Human Resources (HR) Module:
In the left sidebar, click on the "HR" module.
Click on "Interview":
In the HR module, you can find the "Interview" option.
Schedule a New Interview:
Click the "+ New" button to schedule a new interview.
Select the job position, interview type, interview round, and the candidate to schedule the interview.
Specify the interview date, time, and location.
Save the Interview Schedule:
After scheduling the interview, click the "Save" button to record the interview details.
Interview Feedback
"Interview Feedback" refers to the input and evaluations provided by interviewers and hiring team members after conducting interviews with candidates. It typically includes feedback on a candidate's skills, qualifications, strengths, weaknesses, and overall suitability for the position. Interview feedback is crucial in making informed hiring decisions.
Recording Interview Feedback:
Access ASAERP: Log in to your ASAERP account with the necessary permissions to record interview feedback.
Go to the Human Resources (HR) Module:
In the left sidebar, click on the "HR" module.
Click on "Interview Feedback":
In the HR module, you can find the "Interview Feedback" option.
Provide Interview Feedback:
Select the interview for which you want to provide feedback.
Enter feedback regarding the candidate's performance, skills, and suitability for the position.
Optionally, provide recommendations or comments.
Save the Interview Feedback:
After entering the feedback, click the "Save" button to record the interview feedback.
