Leave Period
"Leave Period" refers to the duration for which leave accrual and utilization are calculated. It could be a month, year, or another defined period.
Setting Up Leave Periods:
Access ASAERP: Log in to your ASAERP account with the necessary permissions to set up leave periods.
Go to the Human Resources (HR) Module:
In the left sidebar, click on the "HR" module.
Click on "Leave Period":
In the HR module, you can find the "Leave Period" option.
Create a New Leave Period:
Click the "+ New" button to create a new leave period.
Define Leave Period Details:
In the leave period form, specify the name, start date, end date, and other relevant information.
Save the Leave Period:
After defining the leave period, click the "Save" button to create it.
