Leave Policy Assignment

"Leave Policy Assignment" refers to linking specific leave policies to employees based on their job roles or other criteria.

Assigning Leave Policies:

  1. Access ASAERP: Log in to your ASAERP account with the necessary permissions to assign leave policies to employees.
  2. Go to the Human Resources (HR) Module:

    • In the left sidebar, click on the "HR" module.
  3. Click on "Leave Policy Assignment":

    • In the HR module, you can find the "Leave Policy Assignment" option.
  4. Create a New Policy Assignment:

    • Click the "+ New" button to create a new policy assignment.
  5. Assign Policy to Employee:

    • In the policy assignment form, select the employee and assign the appropriate leave policy.
  6. Save the Policy Assignment:

    • After assigning the policy, click the "Save" button to assign the leave policy to the employee.
