Attendance
"Attendance" in ASAERP refers to the recording and management of employee attendance data. ASAERP typically provides features to track when employees clock in and out of work, either through manual entry or through integrated time tracking devices. Attendance data is crucial for payroll processing, leave management, and assessing employee performance and punctuality.
Recording Attendance:
Access ASAERP: Log in to your ASAERP account with the necessary permissions to record attendance.
Go to the Human Resources (HR) Module:
In the left sidebar, click on the "HR" module.
Click on "Attendance":
Here, you can record attendance for employees by selecting the appropriate date and employee. Mark the attendance as "Present," "Absent," or "Leave" as needed.
Save the Attendance Entry:
After recording attendance for employees, click the "Save" button to store the data.
