Leave Allocation
"Leave Allocation" is the act of assigning or granting leave entitlements to individual employees according to their leave policies.
Access ASAERP: Log in to your ASAERP account with the necessary permissions to allocate leave to employees.
Go to the Human Resources (HR) Module:
In the left sidebar, click on the "HR" module.
Click on "Leave Allocation":
In the HR module, you can find the "Leave Allocation" option.
Create a New Leave Allocation:
Click the "+ New" button to create a new leave allocation.
Define Allocation Details:
In the allocation form, select the employee, leave type, allocation period, and allocated leave balance.
Save the Leave Allocation:
After defining the allocation, click the "Save" button to allocate leave to the employee.
