Appraisal
"Appraisal" represents the process of evaluating an employee's performance, typically conducted at regular intervals, and may involve setting goals, providing feedback, and discussing development opportunities.
Conducting Employee Appraisals:
Access ASAERP: Log in to your ASAERP account with the necessary permissions to conduct employee appraisals.
Go to the Human Resources (HR) Module:
In the left sidebar, click on the "HR" module.
Click on "Appraisal":
In the HR module, you can find the "Appraisal" option.
Initiate an Appraisal:
Select the employee for whom you want to conduct an appraisal.
Choose the relevant appraisal template.
Fill in the appraisal details, including performance ratings and comments.
Save the Appraisal:
After completing the appraisal, click the "Save" button to record the appraisal details.

Viewing Employee Appraisals:
Access ASAERP: Log in to your ASAERP account with the necessary permissions to view employee appraisals.
Go to the Human Resources (HR) Module:
In the left sidebar, click on the "HR" module.
Click on "Appraisal":
In the HR module, you can find the "Appraisal" option.
View Appraisals:
You can view a list of completed employee appraisals, including details of performance assessments and feedback.
Appraisal Cycle:
Setting Up Appraisal Cycles:
Access ASAERP: Log in to your ASAERP account with the necessary permissions to set up appraisal cycles.
Go to the Human Resources (HR) Module:
In the left sidebar, click on the "HR" module.
Click on "Appraisal Cycle":
In the HR module, you can find the "Appraisal Cycle" option.
Create a New Appraisal Cycle:
Click the "+ New" button to create a new appraisal cycle.
Define Cycle Details:
In the cycle form, specify the start and end dates of the appraisal cycle, as well as other relevant details.
Save the Appraisal Cycle:
After entering the required information, click the "Save" button to create the appraisal cycle.
Employee Performance Feedback:
Providing Performance Feedback:
Access ASAERP: Log in to your ASAERP account with the necessary permissions to provide performance feedback to employees.
Go to the Human Resources (HR) Module:
In the left sidebar, click on the "HR" module.
Click on "Employee Performance Feedback":
In the HR module, you can find the "Employee Performance Feedback" option.
Provide Feedback:
Select the employee for whom you want to provide feedback.
Enter feedback regarding the employee's performance, strengths, and areas for improvement.
Optionally, set goals for improvement or development.
Save the Feedback:
After providing feedback, click the "Save" button to record the performance feedback.
Goal:
A "Goal" in ASAERP represents specific targets or objectives that employees are expected to achieve. Goals are often set as part of performance appraisals and can be aligned with organizational objectives.
Setting Employee Goals:
Access ASAERP: Log in to your ASAERP account with the necessary permissions to set employee goals.
Go to the Human Resources (HR) Module:
In the left sidebar, click on the "HR" module.
Click on "Goal":
In the HR module, you can find the "Goal" option.
Create a New Goal:
Click the "+ New" button to create a new goal for an employee.
Define Goal Details:
In the goal form, specify the goal description, target completion date, and key performance indicators (KPIs).
Save the Goal:
After defining the goal, click the "Save" button to create the employee goal.
