Setting Up the HR Module

 

  1. Access ASAERP: Log in to your ASAERP account with the necessary permissions to manage HR settings.

  2. Enable HR Module:

    • Go to the "Settings" module.

    • Under the "Accounts Settings" section, click on "HR Settings."

    • Check the box to enable the HR module if it's not already enabled.

    • Click the "Save" button.

  3. Create Employee Records:

    • In the left sidebar, click on the "HR" module.

    • Click on "Employee."

    • Click the "+ New" button to create a new employee record.

    • Fill in the employee's details, including personal information, contact details, employment details, and salary structure.

  4. Set Up Leave Management:

    • Configure leave types and policies by going to "Leave Management" under the "HR" module.

    • Define leave types, allocation methods, and accrual policies.

    • Assign leave policies to employees.

  5. Attendance Tracking:

    • Configure attendance settings under "Attendance" in the "HR" module.

    • Set up attendance shifts and schedules.

    • Employees can mark their attendance using the ASAERP Employee Self-Service portal or other available methods.

  6. Document Management:

    • Store important HR-related documents, such as contracts, offer letters, and performance appraisals, in the "HR Document" section under the "HR" module.

  7. Recruitment:

    • Manage the recruitment process by creating job openings, tracking applicants, and conducting interviews using the "Job Opening" and "Job Applicant" documents under the "HR" module.
