Exit

"Exit" in ASAERP represents the process of an employee leaving the organization, which can occur due to resignation, retirement, or termination.

Managing Employee Exits:

  1. Access ASAERP: Log in to your ASAERP account with the necessary permissions to manage employee exits.

  2. Go to the Human Resources (HR) Module:

    • In the left sidebar, click on the "HR" module.

  3. Click on "Exit":

    • In the HR module, you can find the "Exit" option to manage employee exits and separations.



Employee Separation Template

An "Employee Separation Template" is a pre-defined checklist or plan used to ensure that all necessary tasks are completed when an employee leaves the organization.

Creating an Employee Separation Template:

  1. Access ASAERP: Log in to your ASAERP account with the necessary permissions to create employee separation templates.

  2. Go to the Human Resources (HR) Module:

    • In the left sidebar, click on the "HR" module.

  3. Click on "Employee Separation Template":

    • In the HR module, you can find the "Employee Separation Template" option.

  4. Create a New Separation Template:

    • Click the "+ New" button to create a new employee separation template.

  5. Define Template Details:

    • In the template form, enter the content of the separation process, including tasks, checklists, and instructions.

  6. Save the Template:

    • After defining the template content, click the "Save" button to create the employee separation template.



Employee Separation

"Employee Separation" encompasses the tasks and processes involved in managing an employee's departure from the organization, including final settlements and exit procedures.

Full and Final Settlement

"Full and Final Settlement" refers to the calculation and payment of all outstanding dues and benefits to an employee upon their separation from the organization.

Processing Full and Final Settlements:

  1. Access ASAERP: Log in to your ASAERP account with the necessary permissions to process full and final settlements for employees.

  2. Go to the Human Resources (HR) Module:

    • In the left sidebar, click on the "HR" module.

  3. Click on "Full and Final Settlement":

    • In the HR module, you can find the "Full and Final Settlement" option to initiate and process settlements for exiting employees.



Exit Interview

An "Exit Interview" is a structured interview conducted with departing employees to gather feedback, insights, and suggestions about their employment experience and the reasons for their departure.

Conducting Exit Interviews:

  1. Access ASAERP: Log in to your ASAERP account with the necessary permissions to conduct exit interviews.

  2. Go to the Human Resources (HR) Module:

    • In the left sidebar, click on the "HR" module.

  3. Click on "Exit Interview":

    • In the HR module, you can find the "Exit Interview" option to conduct interviews with employees who are exiting the organization.
