Claims
In ASAERP, claims typically refer to reimbursement requests made by employees for expenses they have incurred on behalf of the company. Claims can include expenses like travel, meals, accommodation, and more.
Expense Claims:
"Expense Claims" relates to the process of employees submitting requests for reimbursement of out-of-pocket expenses incurred during work-related activities.
Creating Expense Claims:
Access ASAERP: Log in to your ASAERP account with the necessary permissions to create expense claims.
Go to the Accounting Module:
In the left sidebar, click on the "Accounting" module.
Click on "Expense Claims":
In the Accounting module, you can find the "Expense Claims" option.
Create a New Expense Claim:
Click the "+ New" button to create a new expense claim.
Define Expense Details:
In the expense claim form, enter details of the expenses, including the date, category, and amount.
Submit the Expense Claim:
After entering the required information, click the "Submit" button to create and submit the expense claim.
Managing Claims:
Access ASAERP: Log in to your ASAERP account with the necessary permissions to manage claims.
Go to the Accounting Module:
In the left sidebar, click on the "Accounting" module.
Click on "Claims":
In the Accounting module, you can find the "Claims" option.
View and Manage Claims:
You can view and manage claims made by employees or vendors in this section.
Expense Claim Type:
Expense claim types are categories or classifications for different types of expenses that employees can claim. These types help organize and categorize expense claims for accounting and reporting purposes.
Creating Expense Claim Types:
Access ASAERP: Log in to your ASAERP account with the necessary permissions to create expense claim types.
Go to the Accounting Module:
In the left sidebar, click on the "Accounting" module.
Click on "Expense Claim Type":
In the Accounting module, you can find the "Expense Claim Type" option.
Create a New Expense Claim Type:
Click the "+ New" button to create a new expense claim type.
Define Claim Type Details:
In the claim type form, specify the name, category, and other relevant details.
Save the Claim Type:
After defining the claim type, click the "Save" button to create it.
