Job Opening

A "Job Opening" in ASAERP represents an active job vacancy within the organization. It includes information about the job role, its description, required qualifications, and the location. Job openings are typically created based on approved job requisitions and are made available for potential candidates to apply.

 

Creating a Job Opening:

  1. Access ASAERP: Log in to your ASAERP account with the necessary permissions to create job openings.

  2. Go to the Human Resources (HR) Module:

    • In the left sidebar, click on the "HR" module.

  3. Click on "Job Opening":

    • In the HR module, you can find the "Job Opening" option.

  4. Create a New Job Opening:

    • Click the "+ New" button to create a new job opening.

  5. Define Job Opening Details:

    • In the "Job Opening" form, enter the following details:

      • Job Requisition: Select the relevant job requisition for this opening.

      • Opening Date: Specify the date when the job opening was posted.

      • Job Type: Indicate whether it's a full-time, part-time, or contract position.

      • Job Description: Provide additional details about the opening.

  6. Save the Job Opening:

    • After entering the required information, click the "Save" button to create the job opening.
