Energy Points
"Energy Points" is a feature that tracks and awards points or scores to employees based on their performance or contributions. These points can be used for recognition or rewards.
Managing Energy Points:
Access ASAERP: Log in to your ASAERP account with the necessary permissions to manage energy points.
Go to the Human Resources (HR) Module:
In the left sidebar, click on the "HR" module.
Click on "Energy Points":
In the HR module, you can find the "Energy Points" option to view and manage energy points awarded to employees.
Energy Point Rule:
"Energy Point Rule" may define the rules and criteria for earning or awarding energy points to employees. It specifies how points are calculated and allocated.
Creating Energy Point Rules:
Access ASAERP: Log in to your ASAERP account with the necessary permissions to create an Energy Point Rule.
Go to the Human Resources (HR) Module:
In the left sidebar, click on the "HR" module.
Click on "Energy Point Rule":
In the HR module, locate and click on the "Energy Point Rule" option.
Create a New Energy Point Rule:
Click the "+ New" button to create a new Energy Point Rule.
Define Rule Details:
In the Energy Point Rule form, specify the following details:
Name: Provide a unique name for the Energy Point Rule.
Energy Point Category: Select or create a category for the energy points (e.g., "Performance," "Incentives," etc.).
Based on: Choose the criteria or basis on which employees will earn energy points (e.g., achievements, goals, performance metrics, etc.).
Rule: Define the rule that determines how energy points are calculated. This could involve conditions, calculations, or criteria specific to your organization.
Validity: Set the validity period for the rule if applicable.
Applicable To: Specify whether the rule applies to all employees or a specific group.
Save the Energy Point Rule:
After entering the required information, click the "Save" button to create the Energy Point Rule.
Associate the Rule with Employees (Optional):
You may need to associate this rule with specific employees or employee groups. This can typically be done in the employee's profile or within the HR module.
Implement Energy Point Tracking:
Ensure that your organization has a system in place to track and manage energy points according to the rules you've defined. This might involve integrating ASAERP with performance tracking tools or manual data entry.
Review and Update Rules as Needed:
Periodically review the Energy Point Rules to ensure they remain relevant and aligned with your organization's goals. You can update rules as necessary by editing them in the Energy Point Rule list.
Use Energy Points for Incentives or Recognition:
Once the Energy Point Rule is set up, you can use energy points as a part of your employee incentive system, performance recognition, or any other program you've designed.
