Leave Reports

These reports provide insights into employee leave balances, attendance records, and related data for monitoring and decision-making.

  1. Employee Leave Balance:

    • "Employee Leave Balance" represents the remaining leave entitlements that an employee has after accounting for leaves taken.

  2. Employee Leave Balance Summary:

    • This summary likely provides an overview of leave balances for multiple employees, allowing HR managers to assess leave statuses at a glance.

  3. Employees working on a holiday:

    • This represents a report or feature that identifies employees who work on holidays for compensation purposes.

 

Accessing Leave Reports:

  1. Access ASAERP: Log in to your ASAERP account with the necessary permissions to access leave reports.

  2. Go to the Human Resources (HR) Module:

    • In the left sidebar, click on the "HR" module.

  3. Click on "Reports":

    • In the HR module, you can find the "Reports" option.

  4. Select the Desired Leave Report:

    • Choose from various leave-related reports, such as employee leave balance, employee leave balance summary, and a report on employees working on holidays.

  5. Customize and View the Report:

    • Depending on the report, you may be able to customize filters and criteria before viewing or exporting the report.

  6. Employee Leave Balance:
