Reports

In ASAERP, reports are documents or summaries that provide insights and data analysis on various aspects of the organization, such as financial reports, sales reports, and HR reports.

Accessing Reports:

·  Employee Advance Summary: This is a report in ASAERP that provides a summary of all the advances given to employees, including details like the advance amount, purpose, and status of repayment.

·  Unpaid Expense Claim: This report shows a list of expense claims that have been submitted but have not yet been reimbursed or paid to the employees.

·  Accounting Reports: Accounting reports in ASAERP include financial statements and summaries that help organizations analyze their financial data. These reports cover areas like accounts receivable, accounts payable, and general ledger entries.

·  Accounts Receivable: This is a financial term that refers to money owed to a company by its customers or clients for goods or services provided on credit.

·  Accounts Payable: Accounts payable is the money a company owes to its suppliers or vendors for goods or services received but not yet paid for.

·  General Ledger: The general ledger in ASAERP is the central repository for all financial transactions within the organization. It provides a complete record of debits and credits and is used for financial reporting and analysis.

 

  1. Access ASAERP: Log in to your ASAERP account with the necessary permissions to access reports.

  2. Go to the Reports Module:

    • In the left sidebar, click on the "Reports" module.

  3. Select the Desired Report:

    • Choose from various reports, including employee advance summary, unpaid expense claim, vehicle expenses, accounting reports (accounts receivable, accounts payable, general ledger), and more.

  4. View the Report:

    • Depending on the report, you may be able to customize filters and criteria before viewing or exporting the report.
