Grievance

"Grievance" in ASAERP usually refers to employee complaints or concerns related to workplace issues or disputes.

Managing Employee Grievances:

  1. Access ASAERP: Log in to your ASAERP account with the necessary permissions to manage employee grievances.

  2. Go to the Human Resources (HR) Module:

    • In the left sidebar, click on the "HR" module.

  3. Click on "Grievance":

    • In the HR module, you can find the "Grievance" option to document and address employee grievances.



Grievance Type

"Grievance Type" categorizes different types of employee grievances, helping HR departments to manage and address them effectively.

Creating Grievance Types:

  1. Access ASAERP: Log in to your ASAERP account with the necessary permissions to create grievance types.

  2. Go to the Human Resources (HR) Module:

    • In the left sidebar, click on the "HR" module.

  3. Click on "Grievance Type":

    • In the HR module, you can find the "Grievance Type" option.

  4. Create a New Grievance Type:

    • Click the "+ New" button to create a new grievance type.

  5. Define Grievance Type Details:

    • In the "Grievance Type" form, enter the name and description of the grievance type (e.g., "Workplace Harassment," "Salary Dispute").

  6. Save the Grievance Type:

    • After entering the required information, click the "Save" button to create the grievance type.



Employee Grievance

"Employee Grievance" records and tracks individual employee complaints or grievances. It helps organizations investigate and resolve workplace issues.

Managing Employee Grievances:

  1. Access ASAERP: Log in to your ASAERP account with the necessary permissions to manage employee grievances.

  2. Go to the Human Resources (HR) Module:

    • In the left sidebar, click on the "HR" module.

  3. Click on "Employee Grievance":
