Attendance Request

An "Attendance Request" in ASAERP is a formal request made by an employee to their supervisor or HR department to record their attendance for a specific date or time period. Employees can use attendance requests to request leave, mark late arrivals or early departures, or report any deviations from their regular work schedule. These requests are often subject to approval by supervisors or managers.

 

Creating an Attendance Request:

  1. Access ASAERP: Log in to your ASAERP account with the necessary permissions to create attendance requests.

  2. Go to the Human Resources (HR) Module:

    • In the left sidebar, click on the "HR" module.

  3. Click on "Attendance Request":

    • Here, you can create an attendance request for an employee by specifying the date, attendance type (e.g., leave), and additional details.

  4. Submit the Attendance Request:

    • After entering the request details, click the "Submit" button to send the attendance request for approval.
