Promotion
"Promotion" refers to the process of elevating an employee to a higher job position or rank within the organization due to their performance, experience, or qualifications.
Processing Employee Promotions:
Access ASAERP: Log in to your ASAERP account with the necessary permissions to process employee promotions.
Go to the Human Resources (HR) Module:
In the left sidebar, click on the "HR" module.
Click on "Promotion":
In the HR module, you can find the "Promotion" option.
Initiate an Employee Promotion:
Select the employee you want to promote.
Specify the new position, effective date, and other relevant details.
Save the Promotion:
After entering the required information, click the "Save" button to record the employee's promotion.
Employee Promotion:
"Employee Promotion" typically represents the HR and managerial processes involved in promoting an employee. It includes evaluating qualifications, performance, and salary adjustments.
Viewing Employee Promotions:
Access ASAERP: Log in to your ASAERP account with the necessary permissions to view employee promotions.
Go to the Human Resources (HR) Module:
In the left sidebar, click on the "HR" module.
Click on "Employee Promotion":
In the HR module, you can find the "Employee Promotion" option.
View Employee Promotions:
You can view a list of employee promotions, including details of promoted employees and their new positions.
