Promotion


"Promotion" refers to the process of elevating an employee to a higher job position or rank within the organization due to their performance, experience, or qualifications.

Processing Employee Promotions:

  1. Access ASAERP: Log in to your ASAERP account with the necessary permissions to process employee promotions.

  2. Go to the Human Resources (HR) Module:

    • In the left sidebar, click on the "HR" module.

  3. Click on "Promotion":

    • In the HR module, you can find the "Promotion" option.

  4. Initiate an Employee Promotion:

    • Select the employee you want to promote.

    • Specify the new position, effective date, and other relevant details.

  5. Save the Promotion:

    • After entering the required information, click the "Save" button to record the employee's promotion.


Employee Promotion:

"Employee Promotion" typically represents the HR and managerial processes involved in promoting an employee. It includes evaluating qualifications, performance, and salary adjustments.

Viewing Employee Promotions:
